With a very high specification and a stunning view of the polo fields this unique new build property was alway destined to be sought after.
Smart Living Designs designed, installed and commissioned a Lutron mood lighting system to take control of all aspects of this properties lighting. Situated in a remote location external lighting was paramount, timeclocks were configured to take care of automatic external lighting from sunset until sunrise whether the client was at home not.
In addition a trigger was also setup that whenever the main electric gates were opened the tree lined driveway lit up to welcome you home.
A significant feature was the underground tunnel from the main residence to the large pool house, we setup DMX controlled coloured lighting, whereby at the touch of a button a particular colour could be chosen. the swimming pool also had coloured underwater lighting
