We are excited to be involved with this major refurbishment and extension. This home will be totally transformed into a contemporary property with extensive use of floor to ceiling glazed panels maximising natural daylight.

A Lutron mood lighting system will be installed providing mood lighting throughout the whole house. Features such as Welcome scenes, Whole House Off, control of 3rd party electric glazed doors, Holiday mode, automated timeclock scenes will be easily implemented helping to make this home a intelligent living space.

The Pool Hall is the wow for this project and our control of lighting comes into its own, we not only take control of the Pool Hall space but add in control of the underwater pool and jacuzzi lighting. A special feature will be dynamic lighting within the pool, providing moving waves of colour through the water. A video showing the end result is sure to follow !
