An incredible transformation ! The original 3 storey building was demolished to leave only the front facade with a basement added to create a truly magnificent home we were delighted to be part of.
The whole home and its sub systems such as lighting, heating, air conditioning, multi-room audio and video entry is managed by a single smart platform called Crestron Home. This helps to create a space where needed technology is made simple to use
A Lutron Homeworks QSX mood lighting system was installed with additional control of all motorised blinds in the property. In addition Sonos multiroom audio was deployed throughout using aesthetically pleasing plaster in speakers where audio performance is not compromised. A home cinema completes the picture, literally !, with a large drop down screen and latest laser based projection for those chill out movie nights.
The data network becomes crucial to a smart home like this, high perfomance wired and wireless networking equipment provides the backbone to keeping everything working smoothly
