Harpenden residence

This project is now on its final phase of this large 3 phase complete refurbishment. The client has moved in and initial lighting scene setting has begun. Blinds and electric curtains are due to be installed very shortly and will be integrated to the Lutron Homeworks QS system.

Some areas were difficult to access for cabling but with the introduction of Lutron's battery operated wireless blinds these areas will seamlessly form part of the overall installation. Battery life is incredible with estimates of between 3-5 years of life based on 2 up/down actions a day 365 days a year. Incredibly these are from general everyday "D size" alkaline battery cells readily available
